Booking policy

Submitting the form is an enquiry about a service, not an automatic reservation. These terms help us agree on the price, timing and details before your appointment.

Confirming an appointment

An appointment is confirmed in a personal exchange after we agree on the service, date, time, location and final price. An automated website message or enquiry receipt email does not reserve the date.

Prices and payment

Service pages show starting prices in euros. The final amount depends on the agreed scope and any travel arrangements. All extras and the total price are discussed before confirmation. The website does not take card payments or make automatic charges.

If an advance payment is needed for a particular appointment, its amount, deadline, payment method and refund terms are agreed in writing before payment. Sending an enquiry does not create an obligation to pay. These terms do not introduce fixed penalties or non-refundable advance payments.

Bridal makeup and trial

A bridal trial is a separate appointment priced at €50; its duration is agreed before booking. It is not included in the starting bridal makeup price. It allows us to discuss shades, intensity and the overall look. For the wedding day, we agree on the ready-by time, preparation location and any additional people in advance. Travel outside Sofia and makeup for other people are quoted separately before confirmation.

Cancellation and rescheduling

If your plans change, let Sasha know as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling depends on availability. If an advance payment was agreed separately, any refund or transfer follows the terms communicated beforehand and applicable law.

Arriving late

Please let Sasha know if you are running late. Together you can decide whether the agreed look is achievable in the remaining time or whether to reschedule. Any change to the scope or price is discussed with you, rather than applied automatically.

Preparation and comfort

Please arrive without makeup; we can discuss preferences for your look beforehand. Mention any sensitivity or restrictions on cosmetics in person before the appointment starts. Do not send medical information, diagnoses or documents through the website form. The appointment can be rescheduled if necessary.

Location and travel

The exact location and availability of travel within or outside Sofia are agreed in advance. You will receive information about travel time and any additional fee before confirming your appointment.

If Sasha needs to change the appointment

Sasha will contact you and suggest rescheduling if possible. If the service cannot take place or the new date does not suit you, any advance payment for the service not provided will be refunded.
